Since I mentioned that Karen Robertson's book Cooking Gluten-Free is now out in a new revised 3rd edition I have had many questions asked about the DVD.Like- does it include Amaranth? YES!Does it include Buckwheat? YUP!Teff? YES! and Quinoa too.Best of all, the disc allows you to print a PDF of any page you like, so you can enjoy the printed page to splatter just like your favorite cookbook.Karen has generously sent me a disc to giveaway to one lucky reader.How to enter?There are 3 ways to enter:
